Through Yoga : Energise
Energize is the third step in Through Yoga. It starts to actviate dynamic flows, more intensive cardio and the sweat glands. We start to move into the power muscles and deeper breathing. Our heart rate is brought up and a deeper concentration to maintain your physical awareness.
Recommended to be comfotable with the first two steps or have yoga experience and reasonable fitness.
