We begin with stillness and breathwork to arrive fully, then move into a flowing Vinyasa sequence that is gentle but steady, with moments of strength to build focus and presence. The practice is beginner-friendly, yet adaptable for those wanting more depth. Rather than pushing, the emphasis is on moving mindfully, listening to your body, and leaving class with a clearer mind and a steadier foundation for the days ahead.

Bernadette is a certified yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga with more than 15 years of personal practice. She has further training in Yoga for Anxiety & Depression and is currently deepening her studies in Somatic Healing. Her classes weave together mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness, creating spaces where students can slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling grounded and supported.
