Through Yoga : Foundation
Foundation is the first step in the Through Yoga routine. This session is about finding a deeper connection with simpler moves and stronger understanding of the connection between each position. It allows you rejuvination, refeshing your postions, deep breathing and contemplation.
It is for all level students.
