Massage mit Brenda
Welcoming you to a massage for your emotional and physical wellbeing.
– Traditional thai massage:
Traditional Thai Massage is a deep, therapeutic bodywork practice of Thai origin that combines acupressure, assisted stretching, and muscle release, working holistically on the entire body.
Unlike oil-based massages, this treatment is not purely passive. It integrates joint mobilizations and yoga-inspired stretches that help improve mobility, flexibility, and body awareness, while also reducing muscular tension and mental stress.
The massage works along the body’s energy pathways (Sen lines), supporting circulation, nervous system regulation, and promoting a deep sense of balance and well-being.
Can be offered both on the futon or table according to the client’s preferences.
– Foot Reflexology Massage:
A therapeutic treatment based on the stimulation of specific reflex points on the feet that correspond to different organs, systems, and areas of the body.
Through precise pressure techniques, reflexology aims to support the body’s natural self-regulation processes, promote relaxation, improve circulation, and reduce physical and mental tension. It is especially beneficial for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and overall balance.
In my sessions, foot reflexology is always complemented with massage of the lower legs, helping to release muscular tension, improve blood and lymphatic flow, and enhance the overall effectiveness and integration of the treatment
– Face and Head Massage:
A deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment that focuses on releasing tension in the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper body.
This massage helps reduce accumulated stress in areas commonly affected by jaw tension, headaches, screen use, and emotional load. By working on facial muscles, the scalp, and the shoulder girdle, it supports nervous system regulation, improves circulation, and promotes a profound sense of relaxation and mental clarity.
The session always includes massage of the shoulders and upper body, allowing for a more complete release of muscular tension and better integration of the treatment throughout the whole body.
– Deep Tissue and sport massage:
Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic massage focused on working with the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension, muscular restrictions, and areas of overload.
Using slow, controlled pressure and specific techniques, this massage targets adhesions, trigger points, and persistent tightness that can contribute to pain, limited mobility, or postural imbalance. The work is always adapted to individual tolerance, ensuring effectiveness without unnecessary discomfort.
This treatment is especially beneficial for people with chronic muscular tension, sports-related overload, or repetitive strain, and it supports improved mobility, pain reduction, and overall body function.
– Relaxation and Connection Massage:
A slow, deep, and calming treatment designed to guide the person into a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness.
Although the pressure is deep, the rhythm is gentle and continuous, allowing the body and nervous system to gradually release tension and enter a near-meditative state. This massage invites a deeper connection with oneself, supporting emotional release, self-perception, and a sense of safety and presence within the body.
The session is approached with sensitivity and attentiveness, creating space not only for physical relaxation, but also for contact with the more subtle and emotional layers of the experience.
