Hatha-Vinyasa
A heart-centred, alignment-based flow that builds strength and stability as a foundation for openness and expansion. Physically engaging and grounding yet accessible, the practice unfolds as a continuous flow of movement, breath and stillness, inviting a natural sense of ease, grace and heart opening.
To flow with grace does not mean being easy, but moving through challenge with presence, breath and quiet inner elegance.
Each session responds subtly to seasonal rhythms and the qualities of the moment. While tone and energy may vary, the repetition of essential movements nurtures the ability to witness changing sensations and gently return to the present moment.
Suitable for all levels. You are invited to move, breathe and practice at your own pace, arriving exactly as you are.
