Welcome to our Cacao, Sing And Dance (Ecstatic Dance) at The Wellness Cafe. Join us in our super cosy studio for an evening of friendship, connection and good times.

We welcome you to enjoy a Cacao ceremony before opening yourself and vocal cords with a Mantra singing circle led by Pauline. We will then turn on the beats and rhythms to shake yourself and dance it all out. Live percussion from Leoday – you might know him from SEZ Ecstatic dance – to get everything really moving.
